The company is engaged in the wholesale distribution of raw materials and food products for diverse customers in Spain. It was established in 1977 by several businessmen and independent professionals aiming at developing activities of import, export, representations, exclusive distributions, wholesale and retail sales, and bottling of wine, vinegars, alcohols, compound liquors, spirits and cleaning products. The company operates through its three sales divisions: Food Division, which markets packed semi-perishable and no perishable food products for supermarkets, shopping centres and convenience stores; HoReCa Division, which offers raw materials, and packed semi-perishable and no perishable food products for hotels, restaurants, coffee shops, and catering services providers; and Bakery, Confectionery and Ice Cream Division, which supplies raw materials for bakers, confectioners and ice cream shops. Its product portfolio includes dietetic products, biscuits, wafers, bread, chocolates, sauces, mayonnaises, cheese, vinegars, tinned fish, soups, pastas and cereals, beverages, canned fruits, margarine, milk, wines and spirits, nuts, icing, flavourings and colourings, yeast and ready mixes, whipped creams, honey and syrups. The main objective of the company is to offer an excellent service to its customers. Headquartered in Agüimes, Spain (Canary Islands), it also maintains branch offices in Tenerife and Fuerteventura.
